SANI 3500

General description
The 3500P is a fully automatic, programable slat cutting, punching and threading machine. It’s fast and easy to use. The operator enters the measurements - or simply swipes a barcode – and the specified slat package is produced. This compact machine can be programmed for 99 different systems and easily switches between two different slat widths. With a standard choice of 15, 16, or 25 mm slat widths, the machine can also be set up for 35 mm slat packages. Other configuration options include a programme for sloped blinds, and special dies for punching guide-holes and producing privacy blinds.

The 437 is a motorised slat forming unit that is easy to set up, operate and maintain. Suitable for computerised and automatic slat production, the 437 can be set up for one to four of the following widths: 15, 16, 25, 35 or 50 mm. With four revolving profiling plates for quick switching, multiple widths can easily be incorporated into production. Forming is easy and efficient. The optional drive unit and detensioner can remove slat tension automatically, improving final quality. The 437 can also be set up for different slat gauges.And with the revolving design, switching between gauges is quick and easy.

SANI 3400

General description
The 3400 is a fully automatic, computer controlled rail cutting
and punching machine. Fast, easy to use and without the
physical demands of manual rail work. The operator enters the measurements – or simply swipes a barcode – and the specified rail is produced. With 99 different system programmes available, the settings can even come directly from an office PC handling order processing and invoicing. To save further valuable time, the head and bottom rail are punched and cut at the same time as the tilt rod. A tool is also available for punching cord lock and gearbox holes. Compatibility with almost all rail systems on the market and interchangeable dies allow for a quick switch of systems in only a couple of minutes. Other opportunities include a programme which automatically calculates hole placements for sloped blinds, and the ability to produce rails for split blinds.

SANI 200CH 
A coil holder for 216A and 216A-219B. The 200CH has a mechanical break which stretches the slat and prevents the coil from unrolling. This is an improved option to the traditional slatbox and will enable an increased machine speed, and thereby an increase in productivity.

The 750RRM / 990 and 990R are automatic sewing machines designed for easy and cost-effective handling of roller blind
and roman fabrics. Particularly impressive when sewing roller fabrics of up to five meters, these versatile machines also handles roman, both lath tape and lath pocket, plus screen fabrics where it can offer an easier, safer and better quality alternative to welding.Producing up to 150 seams per hour on blinds up to five metres long, the 990 & 990R are easy to learn and totally de-skills what are normally a very skilled operations. The 990 and 990R are used by a single operator and over a wide range of finishes, they will always assure stitching quality which is consistent and in alignment. The three-speed automatic operation allows for different fabric thicknesses and types, a range of bottom bar pockets are available, while an automatic bobbin winder is included to allow for rapid thread colour changes.

SUD 3000 AV / SANI 730

General description
The 3000 AV / 730 is an automatic, easy to use and cost-effective machine for efficient cutting, punching and creasing of vertical fabric vanes. While minimising waste and reducing labour time and skill requirements, the simple inspection of fabrics provided by the attached light box ensures the machine still delivers a high quality standard. Cutting, punching and creasing in one cycle, the 730 handles vanes up to 4 m long. The machine can handle different fabric widths and changing between widths is quick and easy. With its extreme accuracy, the linear drive clamping measure ensures you get exactly the result you wanted. There are also several time-saving features – the next vane package can be programmed while the machine is running and the operator can even cut two rolls of fabric at the same time, doubling the production rate. A meter counter relays the amount of fabric used in the batch which means you always know how many meters are still on the roll. The 730 has a programme for calculating and producing sloped blinds installed as standard.

General description
The 427B is a motorised forming machine suitable for
computerised, automated slat production. Easy to set up, operate and maintain. The 427B is equipped to handle two slat widths. A detensioner is standard, automatically removing tension in the slats and thereby improving final quality. A single coil holder is standard while the optional double coil holder can save up to a minute per coil change. Carousel holders can store up to 24 coils in close proximity to the machine.

General description
The TR2000 is a semi-automatic hydraulic rail cutting and punching machine. Fast, easy to use and without the physical demands of manual rail cutting. A single operator sets up the machine, feeds in the rail, punch each hole and the specified rail is produced.
Saving further valuable time, the head- and bottom rail are both punched and cut at the same time as the tilt rod, and a tool is also available for punching cordlock and tilter holes.
