Aluminium slat machine – manual feeding for straightforward cutting and punching

The 116 is a manual slat cutting and punching machine, which is easy to install, operate and maintain. Slat production is straightforward. The operator quickly sets the cutting length and the punching stations according to the bottom rail. All holes are punched simultaneously.

Cutting slat lengths from 240 to 3000 mm, this machine can be easily switched between different slat widths, with a full choice of 15, 16, 25, 35 and 50 mm widths available. And ensuring a high quality finished blind, the slat is first profiled with the additional forming unit or bow controll.
